Industrial unit let at Phoenix Park, Newport

M4 Property Consultants have completed their first letting at The Centre for Businesses’ Phoenix Park in Newport.

Phoenix Park, is a 43,000 sq ft development comprising of 45 industrial units ranging from 400 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. The industrial units to let are provided on flexible terms with a minimum term of just 1 month. In the last quarter of 2011, the M4 team started to market the vacant units and just before the end of the year they completed the first deal and have two more at the negotiation stage.
