M4PC Appointed on Shops to Let at Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport.

M4 Property Consultants (M4PC) are delighted to confirm they have been instructed to offer numerous shops to let in Newport on behalf of the owners of Kingsway Shopping Centre.

UBS who own the scheme appointed M4PC to market the shops forming part of the scheme on Commercial Street and Emlyn Walk. The shops range in size from approximately 170 sq ft to 2,360 sq ft with rents for the retail units starting at just £100 per week, exclusive.
