New tenant rolls into Industrial Unit in Cwmbran.
A new tenant has rolled into occupation of an industrial unit at Springvale Industrial Estate in Cwmbran. GSF Chauffeurs provide Chauffeur driven cars to a full range of customers from international celebrities to local businesses needing transport for their staff, customers or visitors.
GSF Chauffeurs started in London several years ago undertaking work largely for international celebrities needing to be driven whilst visiting the UK. However, following a relocation to south Wales, the company have diversified and now also provide greater services to local companies in Wales, whilst continuing to undertake celebrity work. With business going well, they took the decision to take on a unit on Springvale Industrial Estate to use as their base.
The industrial unit had been recently refurbished and provides both storage accommodation together with offices and facilities. The unit was offered on flexible lease terms and this was vital in securing the letting.
