‘Immediate Satisfaction’ for Cwmbran Landlord

We recently worked on behalf of Martin Pearson, a private landlord who owns a number of units at Forgeside Industrial Estate in Cwmbran. Although in an ideal location, in close proximity to the town centre and all the amenities it offers, and being a very popular size, the estate had not been fully occupied for some time.

We were pleased to be appointed by the landlord and quickly generate interest. We completed a lease for a term of 3 years on Unit 3, a unit totalling 1,046 sq ft, to Barrie Lewis and Showroom Shine – a valeting, detailing and paint correction company. This was the second of two long time vacant factory units that we were able to find suitable tenants for, having already let Unit 10.

Martin Pearson commented on the final letting, “These units (two of six that we own) had been unoccupied for quite some time and it is evident that your expertise in promoting our activities hereabouts has been rapidly productive and this, with very contented tenants too.
